so we had a weird last couple of months,
A lot of people helped us out on kickstarter so we could record our full length. We recorded it. It sort of got released ( really half assed). We went on a full US tour. It was tight. We came back to reality for a bit and went on a short tour with Band…
I will seriously be the most supremely bummed if I dont get to see these guys play a few more times. Some of the best music i’ve ever been lucky enough to watch and listen to. I’ve heard a buncha shit from a buncha different people that they were done, or that bruce sold his guitar and stuff, and it just got me so down in the dumps. Like, I dont wanna seem like a dick-tugger, but these are the guys that you looked up to when you started playing local shows or starting a band. Just so heavy and face smashing and so fucking raw and awesome. I’m gonna be really upset if they stop playing all together. But support Black Churches, go get shirts and albums and stuff while you can, because they’re sick as fuck.
so i can take my studio classes, work my job, and buy new equipment so then I can have a real studio and actually make good noises and learn and be excited and do fun things with noisessssss.
so while we were recording, while people were waiting to do tracks, we painted our kit.

Nick and I painted the floor tom.
And I’m finishing up the snare.
I’m gonna post pictures once I finish, but it wont look complete until we paint the kick drum, which we wont bother until after our show this weekend, unfortunately.
